About the Founder

Belinda is the founder of Ambitious_Mums, a space to share Self-Care tips and inspiration for overwhelmed ambitious mums who want to find the discipline for a daily life balance routine through prioritising Self-Care habits. 

She has previous experience as a Midwife, Nurse and Health Visitor. She understands the pressures that mothers with ambition can face when it comes to making time for self care habits that promote their health and the well-being of their family. 

Belinda is also a member of other Self Care Networks around the globe, she writes topics on self care in relation to ambitious mums who experience overwhelm or mum-guilt.
